About The Role
The Senior UI/UX Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our digital products. This position requires a highly creative individual with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and modern design tools. The successful candidate will lead the design of cloud-based web applications, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling. Collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders, the Senior UI/UX Designer will translate complex ideas into engaging, functional interfaces that meet business objectives and user needs. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of experience in UI/UX or digital product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful projects. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, or Adobe Creative Suite is essential. A deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA), and design systems is required. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to mentor junior designers. A degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if accompanied by relevant experience. Knowledge of front-end development principles is a plus, enabling effective collaboration with developers.
