About The Role

The Senior UI/UX Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our digital products. This position requires a highly creative individual with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and modern design tools. The successful candidate will lead the design of cloud-based web applications, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling. Collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders, the Senior UI/UX Designer will translate complex ideas into engaging, functional interfaces that meet business objectives and user needs. This role offers the opportunity to influence digital transformation initiatives, contribute to the development of design systems, and advocate for inclusive design practices across the organization.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of experience in UI/UX or digital product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful projects. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, or Adobe Creative Suite is essential. A deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA), and design systems is required. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to mentor junior designers. A degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if accompanied by relevant experience. Knowledge of front-end development principles is a plus, enabling effective collaboration with developers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design process for cloud-based web applications, ensuring usability and accessibility are prioritized.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components to ensure consistency across digital products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, conduct user research, and incorporate feedback into designs.
  • Advocate for user needs and inclusive design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Work closely with front-end developers to ensure design implementation aligns with vision and standards.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and usability testing to refine user interfaces.
  • Contribute to digital transformation initiatives by providing innovative design solutions that enhance user engagement.
