In this role, you'll develop and deploy cutting-edge AI systems that help thousands of runners train smarter, stay motivated, and reach their goals. You’ll work across time-series analysis, reinforcement learning, and recommendation systems to bring true personalisation to our coaching engine.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and deploy ML models
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate AI int the core platform
• Analyse user data to improve outcomes and measure impact
• Influence the AI roadmap and long-term technical direction

What You’ll Bring:

• Solid experience building and deploying ML models in production
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
• A pragmatic, product-focused mindset - you care about outcomes, not just models
