The CTO and second-time founder of this Series-A funded start-up needs your help. His time is split between product management, technical leadership and wanting to be directly involved in the careers of everyone who works for him. 

Where would he like you to step in?

He wants you to take the reins on the technical leadership of the AI engineering function. He has a team of super talented engineers, the culture is healthy, customers are buying their product and they have just unlocked a new revenue stream that adds a possible consumer play to their to date B2B customer base. 

What are they building? 

A platform that will help enterprise customers more easily integrate the various SaaS platforms they use. This makes them revenue already and unlocked £20 million in Series A funding. Next steps looking at Agent integrations and the new frontier of MCP. Some of their internal experiments to speed up development work have also added some interesting angles around a more consumer facing tooling. 

How can you help? 

• Technical leadership towards establishing the foundations for scalable software development. Their tech stack is primarily TypeScript with AWS but other software engineering experience will be considered.
• Be the person who informs the AI roadmap 
• Help steer product development (traditional product managers lack the technical detail for what they are building) 
• Manage 3-4 engineers with potential for expansion

• What does it pay? Up to £120 000 base + equity 
• How do they work? Two days a week in a London office. There is potential for short periods of remote work
