  • Provide expert guidance and support on employee relations matters across our head office population, and field-based colleagues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management.
  • Foster a positive working environment by promoting open communication and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from drafting job adverts to onboarding successful candidates.
  • Support global HR initiatives and ensure they are implemented at local level.
  • Support HR operations including contracts, changes, and data accuracy.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of people initiatives such as engagement, wellbeing, and diversity & inclusion.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team and internal stakeholders on projects and continuous improvement activities.

About You

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • CIPD is desirable but not essential.
