Role Summary:

We’re looking for a New Relic Developer to enhance observability across our applications. Resource will work with developers to integrate New Relic APM, build dashboards, and optimize performance across services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement New Relic APM and custom instrumentation
  • Build dashboards, alerts, and performance insights
  • Collaborate with dev teams to embed observability in apps
  • Integrate monitoring into CI/CD pipelines
  • Support legacy modernization with telemetry


Requirements:

  • 3+ years in app development (Java, Python, or Golang)
  • Hands-on with New Relic tools and dashboarding
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms
  • Experience with frontend monitoring (React/JS) is a plus


Bonus Skills:

  • New Relic certification
  • Exposure to AI observability and LLM-based apps

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
