Join Qantas Group as a Senior Product Manager, Beverages, where you'll lead the end-to-end strategy for our premium beverage portfolio across inflight services and global lounges. This role is pivotal in shaping an exceptional customer experience through trend analysis, wine industry insights, and strategic alignment with brand and commercial goals. You'll have the opportunity to craft a world-class wine programme that leverages Australia’s rich wine heritage and sets Qantas apart globally.

In this role you will manage critical commercial aspects including budgeting, supplier negotiations, and cost optimisation, while driving brand enhancing partnerships and operational efficiencies. Collaborating across departments, you’ll provide strategic counsel to senior leaders and use customer insights to guide transformative beverage initiatives. Your leadership will ensure performance metrics are met and offerings remain aligned with Qantas’ commitment to excellence in service and cost performance.

You’ll have –

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in beverage management, wine portfolio leadership, or hospitality product development, ideally within the airline or hospitality sectors
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or Hospitality Management
  • Proven expertise in beverage portfolio strategy, market analysis, supplier engagement, and performance reporting
  • Strong wine and beverage industry knowledge, including sommelier-level tasting skills and established industry networks
  • Commercial acumen with experience in cost optimisation, procurement, and regulatory compliance
  • Operational understanding of beverage logistics, supply chain, and cross-departmental stakeholder management
  • Senior leadership experience with a track record in strategic planning, team development, and transformation initiatives
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business partnerships across the organisation
