We’re working with a high-growth financial services organisation seeking a UI/UX Designer to join their expanding technology and engineering team in Sydney.

You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver intuitive, user-centred designs across a suite of digital products and customer portals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes aligned with business goals.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and enhance user experiences.
• Work within cross-functional teams (Node.js/C# environment) to bring designs to life.
• Ensure design consistency through established design systems and accessibility standards.

About You

• Proven UI/UX design experience in fast-paced or enterprise settings.
• Skilled in Figma, rapid prototyping, and user-centred design.
• Strong communicator, comfortable working with both technical and senior stakeholders.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and delivery.
