About the Role

We are seeking a Junior AI Engineer / Data Scientist to support the development and deployment of AI systems for enterprise and R&D applications. You’ll focus on experimentation, data processing, and model performance optimization while working closely with the Singapore-based AI Lead. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to grow into a lead role in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, training, and deploying AI/ML models.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and pipeline optimization.
• Conduct experiments to evaluate model performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with distributed teams to integrate AI solutions into production.
• Continuously improve models based on data-driven insights and user feedback.

Qualifications & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in machine learning, Python, and data pipeline development.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Ability to work independently and asynchronously within distributed teams.
• Strong communication skills and disciplined project execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
