The Opportunity
We are looking for a Reverse Logistics Analyst (Part-time) to join our Logistics team. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the management of cancellations and last-mile returns, ensuring efficient and timely handling of orders.
Key Responsibilities
● Document and organize relevant information to ensure proper availability and traceability.
● Analyze end-to-end return processes to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
● Monitor cancellations and returns to ensure correct order management.
● Analyze return data, key indicators, and trends to support decision-making.
● Audit system transactions to detect errors, inconsistencies, or anomalies.
● Coordinate inventory classification and reconciliation with logistics providers.
● Manage resale processes in destination countries or returns to sellers, as applicable.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic and tactical solutions that improve reverse logistics operations.
What experience will help you in this role?
● Advanced student in Engineering, International Business, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields.
● Previous experience in data analysis or logistics roles (desirable).
● Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (mandatory).
● English.
