Responsibilities

  • Define and manage planning activities for data product roll-out and standard launch approaches
  • Create and maintain enablement materials and guides for DxPA stakeholders
  • Outline, support, and recommend improvements to project request and vetting processes
  • Develop and support new final review processes for data products and deliverables
  • Conduct capacity planning and project progress reviews to ensure alignment
  • Support Taskflow cleanup activities to improve transparency of in-flight work
  • Communicate directly with stakeholders to provide status updates and clarify processes
  • Evaluate existing SDLC processes and identify gaps for improvement
  • Propose roadmaps to enhance SDLC processes and enable team adherence
  • Assist with data pulls using SQL and Looker to support leadership requests

 

Requirements

  • Experience in program management with minimum 2 years in related roles
  • Knowledge of business process management and optimization techniques
  • Familiarity with communication management process definition
  • Experience in documentation and document management practices
  • Ability to align priorities among multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Skills in defining and tracking project metrics
  • Proficiency with SQL for data analytics
  • Capability to evaluate and improve software development lifecycle processes
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
