Your role at Dynatrace
Before applying, please consider this is full-time, permanent position for early career professionals eager to kick-off a career in software development.
While the role will be based in Linz, please note the whole onboarding phase in the Talent Academy (aprox. 6 months) will be held in Hagenberg.
In this role you will:
- Strengthen your tech knowledge, work on exciting projects, and get familiar with Dev life at Dynatrace (tooling, agile methods, code of conduct, etc.)
- Be part of Dynatrace Talent Academy: an ambitious team of like-minded colleagues who start their Dev career at Dynatrace
- Collaborate with experienced Software Engineers as mentors
- (Almost) graduated in a BSc / MSc Degree in Computer Science, or related fields
- Knowledge of either Java, JavaScript, React or TypeScript
- An understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms
- Being a team player with a proactive approach, and solid problem-solving skills
- Good English communication skills
- A dedicated mentor on your team—your go-to person for questions, suggestions, advice, and educational feedback

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 46.060 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
