What You’ll Do:


• Provide comprehensive support in People & Culture operations across multiple countries, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant HR processes.

• Coordinate all Austria-specific HR and payroll activities, ensuring compliance with Austrian labor laws, tax regulations, and social insurance requirements.

• Collaborate with external payroll providers, verify payroll accuracy, and maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation.

• Maintain and continuously improve the Compensation & Benefits framework, including benchmarking, reporting, and annual review cycles.

• Support the job grading system and ensure consistency across countries in line with Enery’s organizational structure and career framework.

• Maintain data integrity within HR systems, ensuring compliance with GDPR and internal governance standards.

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring an excellent candidate and employee experience.

• Assist in organizing learning & development, well-being, and employee engagement programs.

• Contribute to People Analytics, preparing HR dashboards and reports that support data-driven decisions.

• Provide administrative, reporting, and project management support to the People & Culture team in Vienna and regional hubs.

• Assist in the implementation of Enery’s People & Culture Vision— supporting digital HR transformation, engagement, and development initiatives.


Job Requirements:


• Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably within international environments or fast-growing companies.

• Strong understanding of HR processes and interest in digital HR systems and data analytics.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with efficiency.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a people-first mindset.

• Fluent in English; knowledge of German or another CEE language is a strong advantage.

• A proactive, open-minded, and collaborative team player.

• Genuine passion for building a human-centered, purpose-driven workplace in the renewable energy industry.

Statutory notice: In accordance with the Austrian collective agreement for employees in information and consulting, the minimum gross monthly salary for this full-time position (40 hours/week) is €2.464,50. Please note that this is a legal requirement to state, but your actual compensation will be based on your qualifications and professional experience, and we would be happy to discuss it with you personally.
