Your new adventure

  • Results-oriented recruiting partner and first point of contact for our managers when filling open positions
  • Independent management of the entire recruiting process - from needs assessment to talent acquisition and contract drafting
  • Identification and attraction of talent using modern recruiting technologies and innovative talent management approaches
  • Proactive development and maintenance of a talent pipeline with qualified candidates through active sourcing, campus recruitment and career fairs
  • Continuous improvement of the recruiting process to optimize our candidate journey and employer brand
  • Close collaboration with our local business units and international HR colleagues as part of a powerful global Talent Acquisition team
  • Participation in the implementation of talent acquisition strategies and processes
  • Implementation of special projects in HR management

Your Experiences And Skills

  • Completed vocational training or degree (HTL/University/University of Applied Sciences) with a focus on human resource management, business administration, social sciences, or similar
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in recruiting, talent management,or HR marketing
  • Proven track record of attracting specialists and managers through the application of various sourcing strategies
  • Strong consulting skills in attracting the best talent – from needs analysis to developing the right recruiting strategy to conducting interviews
  • Experience with social media, sourcing tools and modern recruiting technologies
  • Results-oriented team player with a keen understanding of our corporate culture and the needs of our hiring managers and talent
  • Persuasive and strong communication skills in German and English.

We offer

You will receive an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 60,962.30 gross/year according to the very attractive collective agreement of the metal industry. An overpayment is possible, depending on your qualifications and experience.
