  • University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 7 years of relevant working experience in IT;
  • Expert knowledge and a minimum of 5 years of experience installing, configuring customizing, upgrading troubleshooting and managing software systems;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Configuration Management;
  • Experience with monitoring systems such as Microsoft Systems Centre Operations Manager and with network monitoring systems such as SolarWinds;
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience on Cisco routing and switching technologies;
  • Experience of ITIL and knowledge of industry and governance best practices and IT infrastructure and software security;
  • Experience with Checkpoint and Cisco Datacenter;
  • The following certification is required: Cisco professional certification (CCNP or higher);
  • Certifications in Project Management (PMP/Prince2) would be considered an asset;
  • Excellent command of the English language.
