Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, is looking for Senior Power Platform Adoption Coaches for one of its clients in Brussels, a key player in the Belgian Banking domain.

Role & responsibilities

• Supporting the adoption program for low-code citizen developers.
• Acting as a coach, guiding users in the effective use of Power Automate, Power Apps, AI Hub, Copilot Studio, and the broader Power Platform.
• Designing learning paths and create educational materials tailored for citizen developers.
• Writing articles and foster a community around low-code practices.
  
  

Your profile

• Proficient in French or Dutch and active knowledge of the other
• Good knowledge of English
• Proven experience with writing an article in NL/FR for a knowledge center(s) - towards a public of end-users
• Proven experience with presenting topics (internally) or hold workshop or (classroom) training sessions in an autonomous way
• Capable of playing coaching role towards non-experts, empathy towards end-users

Technical skills

• Excellent knowledge of the Power Platform in the context of Citizen developers
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps Model-Driven Apps, dataverse
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps Canvas App
• Good knowledge of AI Hub (AI Builder)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft CoPilot Studio
• Knowledge of Power Pages
• Excellent knowledge of the M365 collaboration features (Teams, SharePoint, Onedrive, Planner, To Do, Forms, Stream, Bookings, etc.)
• Good knowledge of the M365 communication features (Teams chat and calls, Outlook, Viva, etc.)
• Good Knowledge of iOS platform (on both iPhone and iPad)
