Information Technology Project Manager

About This Vacancy

We are looking for a IT Project Manager to design IT architectures, ensure the smooth operation of systems, and maintain IT security standards. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintaining IT systems while developing guidelines and operational procedures. This role also includes advising on performance, capacity, continuity, and automation initiatives to optimize IT service delivery.

• Design and manage IT architectures and system operations, including installation, configuration, tuning, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Plan and execute software upgrades, patch management, and inventory management of IT spare parts (e.g., switches, power supplies, hard drives).
• Manage incidents and problems, including analysis, diagnosis, and resolution, while implementing IT security rules.
• Develop, review, and update technical documentation, guidelines, and operational procedures.
• Lead change and configuration management initiatives, provide consultancy on performance, capacity, availability, continuity, automation, and security, and support disaster recovery procedures.

What We Expect From You

• Degree in IT or a related field.
• Experience in IT management.
• Strong knowledge of IT architecture, system operations, troubleshooting, and security best practices.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and consulting skills.
• Proficiency in Dutch, French and English.
