JUNIR GROWTH EXECUTIVE

YOUR ROLE:

We're looking for a driven, fast-moving Junior Growth Executive to join our team and make an immediate impact. This isn't your typical entry-level marketing role- you'll be hands-on with campaign execution, paid ads, growth ops, and strategy from day one.

If you're eager to learn quickly, take ownership early, and thrive in a "roll-up-your-sleeves" environment, this role is for you. We want someone with a positive, can-do spirit who's hungry to grow and contribute.

YOUR DAILY ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:

Paid Ads Execution

• Execute on strategies and tactics set by Senior Growth marketers- turning insights and decisions into live campaigns
• Structure, launch, optimize, and iterate campaigns across channels like Google (Search, Display, Video, App), Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Snapchat, Twitter, Pinterest, and more
• Conduct keyword research and build high-performing Google Ads campaigns and landing pages
• Ensure accurate tracking setup (pixels, UTMs, links) and monitor performance
• Report on campaign results, highlight opportunities, and generate actionable insights
  
  

Strategy & Creativity

• Contribute ideas during growth sprints, campaign planning, and brainstorms
• Research market trends, audience insights, and competitor activity to spot opportunities
• Support experimentation and test-and-learn strategies to accelerate growth
  
  

Collaboration & Ops

• Work closely with country growth leads across different markets to support local growth priorities
• Partner with design, content, product, and external teams to execute campaigns
• Help turn ideas into action- fast
  
  

Requirements

• 1-3 years of marketing, growth experience (internships count)
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads- comfortable creating and optimizing campaigns
• Fluent in English (mandatory) plus either Finnish or Danish
• A proactive self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in fast-moving environments
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities with flexibility and focus
• Naturally curious, eager to grow, and motivated by results
• Bonus points for: strong copywriting skills and creative flair
