- Collaborating with your team to design and build high-impact game features, steering them through complex technical terrain with clarity and support.
- Supervising a team of developers and supporting their growth through empathetic leadership, mentorship, and honest feedback.
- Championing the overall technical quality of the game, ensuring it remains healthy and performant in the live environment for our players.
- Fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring engineering best practices are understood and followed by the team.
- Partnering with product and design leads to share ideas, contribute to feature design, and advocate for the best possible player experience.

- Solid experience in a people leadership role (at least 5 years) where you've successfully managed and mentored other developers with compassion and clarity.
- A deep understanding of game architecture and API design with a proven track record of helping teams write clean, scalable, and high-quality code in C#/Unity.
- A cooperative spirit and proven success in defining and implementing technical strategies and engineering best practices within a game team.
- A live service mindset and expertise, where you own technical KPIs and use data to maintain a healthy and performant live game.
- Deep enthusiasm about the player experience where you work closely with product and design teams to help shape the future of the game.
