We are seeking a proactive and driven Junior Product Manager to join our innovative Smart Office Solutions team. The role

In this role, you will be a key player in supporting our product managers, helping us launch and manage innovative solutions that shape the future of work. Your days will be diverse, as you will work on the entire lifecycle of Smart Office Solutions products, from concept creation to market launch and development. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the ropes of product management with a clear path for growth within the company. You'll gain a cross-functional view of the organization, working closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales.

As a Junior Product Manager, you will:

• Support Product Initiatives: Work closely with Product Managers to drive our smart offering initiatives forward, taking ownership of productization-related tasks.
• Create Product Collateral: Write and produce essential materials, including support hub articles, how-to guides, internal training documents, and FAQs to ensure successful product adoption.
• Manage Demo Environments: Set up, maintain, and coordinate internal and external demo environments, ensuring Framery's sales teams and dealers can showcase our solutions flawlessly.
• Assist Go-to-Market: Collaborate on the launch of new smart offerings, assisting Marketing with positioning and ensuring correct product graphics and language are utilized.
• Perform Market & Competitor Analysis: Independently research and analyze market trends and competitor offerings (e.g., meeting room displays) to inform product strategy and decision-making.
• Enable Customer Success: Act as a product expert by supporting customer meetings and industry events (approx. 5-10% travel is required ), confidently demoing digital services and gathering valuable user feedback.

Your Experience and What Makes You a Great Fit

We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for technology and a desire to grow into a product management professional. We hope that you have a relevant educational background (e.g., in business or engineering) and a few years of experience in a related field. For example technical support, product marketing, or project coordination is a great starting point.

We hope that you have:

• A genuine interest in technology: You understand how hardware and software (especially digital solutions and IoT) create user experiences. You don't need to code, but you must be able to grasp technical solutions.
• Self-directed and proactive attitude: You are capable of independently researching information and driving things forward—the question "can you dig into this a bit?" does not scare you.
• Excellent communication and interaction skills: You like to network, have the ability to present, and can explain complex topics clearly.
• Adaptability to change: Our operating environment is dynamic, and the roadmap can change quickly at times. You are a wizard at picking out what is essential.
• Language Skills: Fluent English is a must have.
• Location: While we support flexible and hybrid working, this role requires a strong on-site presence in Tampere due to the need for close interaction with the products and stakeholders.

Practicalities

This is a full-time and permanent position based in Tampere, Finland. The start time in the role is as soon as possible. We highly encourage three days per week on-site, especially during the first six months, to ensure you can fully immerse yourself in our products, teams, and the factory environment. Occasional travel for events and customer support (approx. 5-10%) may be required.
