Responsibilities

In this role you’ll be responsible for driving new product development and managing our existing product portfolio. We’re looking for a proactive and innovative professional with a strong background in product management and a deep understanding of the market and the packaging industry. The key responsibilities for this role include:

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new packaging solutions, aligning with market trends and business objectives.
• Manage and track all ongoing NPD projects, ensuring consistent follow up and meeting yearly development goals.
• Lead the end-to-end NPD process from ideation and concept development through to commercialization.
• Collaborate with production, operations, quality and sales teams to ensure a smooth and timely product launch.
• Conduct regular cost analysis and margin comparisons across the product portfolio, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and price optimization.
• Oversee the creation and management of product information, ensuring all technical specifications, and data are accurate and up-to-date across all internal systems.
• Lead the systematic marketing and promotion of newly launched products, including organizing and leading meetings with key stakeholders.
• Have responsibility for Master Data Management (MDM) related to the product portfolio, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all product data across various systems (e.g., ERP, PIM).
  
  

Are you the person we are looking for?

• You have minimum of 3_ years experience in product management.
• You are proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• You have minimum of 3 years experience in the packaging industry.
• You are a strong communication and have good interpersonal skills
• You have proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while balancing the needs of various internal and external stakeholders.
• You work well independently but also as part of the multinational team.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
• English is a key language for everyday work, other languages are significant plus
