Responsibilities
As par of a multidisciplinary Agile Team, and under the supervision of a Customer Experience Lead, you will be responsible for managing software support of our users. You will be involved in resolving technical incidents and analyzing complex issues, and will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and processes.
Qualification
- Proficiency in operating systems (Windows) and SQL databases.
- Experience with ticket management tools (Jira).
- Experience in managing technical incidents at different levels (N1, N2, N3).
- Experience in an Agile environment.
- Good communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
- Independent, rigorous, and able to work effectively in a team.
- Written and spoken English.

Responsibilities
As part of a multidisciplinary Agile team, and reporting to a technical lead, you will
contribute to the development of the audio/video engine used by our business applications:
- Contributing to architectural developments.
- Analyzing, specifying, and developing new features.
- Correcting malfunctions.
Qualifications
- Real-time developer in a Windows environment. Knowledge of WASAPI, ASIO, ELSA.
- Experience in development of audio and/or video processing. MPEG. AES67. H264. HE AACV2...
- Experience in real time audio and web audio. IP transport, WebRTC, STUN.
- Creative and curious. Passionate about audio with experience in using or creating audio
and/or video engines.
- Autonomous with a strong team spirit and a desire to move forward as part of a team.
- Rigorous and methodical, with a keen awareness of the quality of deliverables, meeting deadlines
and code maintainability.
