Description

Mission:

Design, build, and operate the Oracle SBC infrastructure. Within a team of experts, the profile will be required to upgrade existing infrastructures to meet new requirements such as increased scope, new solutions to be supported, regulatory changes, or urbanization needs.

During this work, expertise will be requested to define a scalable architecture capable of meeting the best market standards. In collaboration with the Oracle publisher and the integrator, the expert will prepare the switchover phases and participate in HO/HNO infrastructure migration operations.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the system during the acceptance phase, both before and after implementation
• Ensure proper functioning checks
• Handle Level 3 incidents and provide support to production teams
• Perform diagnostics to identify causes of malfunctions
• Propose corrections and workarounds (Level 2 and Level 3 incidents)
• Contribute to deployment and migration activities related to ToIP migration projects (Alcatel, Cisco, Teams)

Expertise and Duties:

• Provide expertise, advice, assistance, information, training, and alerts on LAN/MAN/WAN and Telecom network infrastructures
• Conduct technological monitoring
• May intervene directly in all or part of a project within their area of expertise and participate in studies on general infrastructure, its evolution, and qualification
• Provide installation engineering and configuration for simple or complex technical platforms
• Coordinate, when required, the various technical stakeholders involved in the installation process ("Build")
• Ensure proper functioning of the information system, taking into account network and telecom infrastructure availability, incident correction, and maintenance in operational condition with objectives of quality, productivity, and security

Additional Technical Responsibilities:

• Perform technical design for the implementation of infrastructures or products
• Participate in studies to define infrastructure requirements for projects and maintenance in operational condition
• Propose solutions to improve system or platform performance
• Ensure coordination with experts from other domains
• Define methods, tools, and qualify implementation of protocols and materials
• Verify the application of standards (IT security, quality, etc.)
• Conduct technological monitoring and evaluation of products
• Carry out the installation of infrastructures ("Build"), configuration, and validation of infrastructure components
• Diagnose malfunctions and propose corrections or workarounds
• Ensure operation of technical components and participate in capacity planning management ("Run")
• Define and implement rules for good management and operability of systems or products and qualify them technically.
