About The Role
As an IT Administrator, you 'll collaborate with a dynamic international IT team, ensuring the reliability of our global systems while contributing to key transformation initiatives that drive modernization, cloud adoption, and stronger cybersecurity across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Windows and Linux Servers, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD / Entra ID environments
- Manage VMware vSphere, HPE servers & storage, and Veeam backups for on-premises systems
- Support and maintain Intune / Autopilot deployments and endpoint management policies
- Handle user provisioning and access management in Active Directory and cloud identity platforms
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support to users across multiple sites, ensuring timely resolution of incidents
- Collaborate with Network, Security, and Application teams to maintain stability and compliance
- Contribute to infrastructure modernization projects (Cloud Migration, OT Monitoring, etc.)
- Maintain documentation and compliance with ISO 27001 standards
- Manage and renew digital certificates (experience with Venafi is a plus)
- Monitor system health and performance across the hybrid environment (knowledge of ManageEngine tools is an advantage)
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience as an IT Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD
- Experience with VMware, Veeam, and HPE infrastructure
- Familiarity with Intune / Endpoint Management and network basics (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
