Our client is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to help shape outstanding digital products and experiences across industries. This role combines creativity, strategy, and technology to deliver intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling interfaces that support our client’s digital transformation journey.

You will join a diverse, international design team, collaborating with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to craft human-centered, AI-driven digital experiences. This setup is part-time and project-based, meaning workload will fluctuate depending on client demand. You will be onboarded directly by our client, provided with a laptop, and engaged in short-term or longer-term design projects as needed.

Due to data protection and compliance regulations, only candidates based in Croatia, Austria, or Germany are eligible for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Design user-centric, accessible, and visually engaging interfaces across web, mobile, and other digital platforms.
• Translate brand and product strategy into cohesive design systems, guidelines, and prototypes that ensure consistency and quality.
• Conduct and apply user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Leverage AI-augmented design workflows to enhance ideation, speed, and scalability.
• Collaborate in interdisciplinary teams, ensuring design excellence from concept to implementation, while mentoring junior designers when needed.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating human-centered, visually refined digital experiences.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Figma and related design, prototyping, and collaboration tools (e.g., Mural, Atlassian Suite).
• Good understanding of frontend technologies to ensure seamless collaboration with developers.
• Experience with or curiosity toward AI-driven design and emerging digital experience patterns.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English (C1)
• Must be based in Croatia, Austria, or Germany — this is non-negotiable due to data sensitivity and compliance.
• A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable mindset, comfortable with varying project scopes and timelines.
