We’re growing rapidly and are seeking Data Scientists at multiple levels of experience - from early career to experienced professionals - to build the next generation of our Talent Cloud platform through AI and ML models that power GenAI, LLMs, agentic frameworks, and NLP-driven features.

You'll develop and deploy scalable models and insights that drive real-world impact, working on challenges at the intersection of AI and talent acquisition. You'll collaborate with product experts, software engineers, and fellow data scientists in a culture that values innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.

This is a hybrid position based in Dublin city centre, our strategic hub for AI development in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Build, train, and deploy AI/ML models, including natural language models, agentic AI products, and LLM-based solutions
• Develop advanced LLM prompts independently
• Evaluate models and prompts using qualitative and quantitative methods, automated testing, and statistical analysis
• Extract, clean, and transform text and structured data for model development
• Define and plan detailed work for AI tasks and user stories
• Implement reproducible, testable, ethical, efficient, and production-ready AI solutions following responsible AI practices
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to design and implement data-driven solutions
• Monitor production model performance and investigate reported issues
• Contribute to best practices, frameworks, and tools for data science and AI excellence
• Conduct research to advance our AI capabilities
  
  

Qualifications

We're hiring at all experience levels and will match responsibilities to your background.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Experience implementing AI/ML models in products
• Proficiency in Python and data science frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with genuine intellectual curiosity
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across both technical and non-technical teams
• For senior-level candidates: demonstrated experience in mentoring, leading projects, or driving strategic initiatives
