From our fulfilment centres to our flagship store, passion, vision and dynamism are part of our DNA – and that extends to our team.

  • Deliver launch orders in line with defined technical and aesthetic specifications, meeting collection calendar deadlines.
  • Plan and place orders, ensuring accurate costing and data integrity within the M3 system.
  • Monitor and analyse stock levels, submitting weekly replenishment proposals to the Product Manager.
  • Oversee inbound deliveries and quality control in collaboration with the Quality Inspection Manager.
  • Liaise with suppliers on returns, issues and remakes under the supervision of the Product Manager.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to coordinate seasonal selling tool requirements, including cost evaluation, material procurement timelines and supplier management.
  • Manage inbound deliveries and collaborate closely with the Liberty warehouse team.

About You:

  • Excellent written and spoken English.

  • Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset.
  • Team-oriented, values collective strengths and works effectively across organisational boundaries.
  • Proven experience overseeing end-to-end product development, including style follow-up, and supplier handovers for fabrics and wallpapers.
  • Skilled in researching and integrating special workmanship, embroideries, and finishing details to elevate product quality.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills - decisive, execution-focused, and able to prioritise effectively.
  • Experience in textile product development (interiors experience not essential).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Empathetic, open-minded, and keen to grow and learn.
  • Commercially aware, with an understanding of margins and profitability.
  • Passionate, proactive, and eager to embrace new challenges.
