We’re looking for a Program Manager / Business Analyst to join our growing global team.

This hybrid role blends program management discipline with business analysis expertise — connecting vision to execution, mapping processes, and driving measurable outcomes across multiple business domains.

You’ll lead cross-functional programs, translate strategic goals into actionable requirements, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with clear business impact.

You’ll act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring structured execution, transparent reporting, and continuous process improvement.

• Manage multiple projects within a program portfolio, aligning with strategic priorities
• Define roadmaps, milestones, and measurable deliverables
• Gather and document requirements; develop process maps and acceptance criteria
• Analyze workflows and identify efficiency improvements
• Maintain dashboards and prepare progress and KPI reports
• Facilitate communication between business, product, and technical teams
• Support leadership with prioritization, feasibility studies, and ROI analysis

• 3+ years in program management, project management, or business analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Skilled in requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management
• Experience with Agile / Scrum / Waterfall methodologies
• Proficiency in tools: Google Workspace, Sheets, reporting dashboards, and PM platforms (Jira, Asana, Trello, Notion)
• Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
• Comfortable working across global, cross-functional teams
• Nice to have: SaaS / consulting background, SQL or BI basics

• Systems thinking and structured approach to problem-solving
• Proven ability to deliver complex initiatives on time and within scope
• Confidence bridging business and tech discussions
• Curiosity and drive for process optimization and measurable results
