At SIA DK UNITY, we design advanced technological solutions for the defense sector in the field of unmanned aerial systems (UAV). As our team continues to grow, we’re looking for a passionate Engineer-Technologist to join us and help bring innovative developments into serial production — ensuring technological reliability and outstanding product quality.

✈️ What you’ll do:

• Analyze technical and production challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to adapt new developments for serial manufacturing, contributing to technology development and design improvements.
• Work with production specialists to create and maintain up-to-date technological processes, assembly, testing, and calibration instructions.
• Participate in the implementation and continuous improvement of production standards and quality control procedures.
• Ensure quality control at all stages of production, analyze non-conformities, and develop corrective actions.
• Contribute to final product testing and validation, including flight data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Support the production team in introducing new technologies and optimizing existing processes.

🧠 What we’re looking for:

• Solid understanding of unmanned systems principles, design, and configuration.
• Knowledge of electronics, data transmission, power systems, motors, and radio modules.
• Experience in developing technical documentation and creating assembly diagrams.
• Hands-on experience in electronic systems production, testing, or maintenance.
• (Preferred) Experience bringing new products into serial production and working closely with R&D teams.
• Higher technical education (electronics, aviation engineering, or related field).
• Precision, analytical thinking, and strong teamwork skills.
