Saldo Bank UAB is a specialised bank licensed by the European Central Bank and regulated by the Bank of Lithuania. Saldo Bank offers fully automated lending solutions for consumers and SME customers and term deposit account services for consumer customers. The company's advanced scoring system ensures responsible lending, and its own lending system supports business growth also internationally.

What will you do

• Develop FinTech platform based on microservices by using latest technologies and libraries in .NET ecosystem,
• Write reusable, testable, and superior quality code which is reviewed by peers,
• Optimize platform's performance and scalability,
• Define and enforce high standards for code quality, reusability, testability, and maintainability across the team, actively mentoring peers through in-depth code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Drive architectural decisions within your team and across cross-functional groups, championing best practices and ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.

What we expect

• At least 5 years’ experience of development with .NET or .NET core,
• OOP skills and awareness of modern development principles and practices,
• Creative way of thinking and courage to try out new things,
• Expert-level proficiency in OOP, design patterns, and modern architectural principles,
• Excellent English skills,
• A strong bias for action and the ability to innovate, evaluate, and rapidly implement new technologies and solutions.
• Open-minded and co-operative personality.

What we consider as an asset

• Experience with CI / CD, Docker, Git or any other DevOps tools and practices,
• Previous experience developing banking software, lending software or work experience in regulatory or Fintech company,
• University degree in software engineering or similar.

The salary range for this position is 5000 - 6500 EUR (gross) per month depending on the seniority level.
