At iDenfy, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of digital identity and fraud prevention. As a Product Owner, you’ll transform our product roadmap and ideas into actionable backlog items and ensure effective delivery through Scrum. Your work will directly impact how businesses and users stay secure, compliant, and confident in the digital world.


🎯 What You’ll Do on daily basis:

  • Own and manage the Product Backlog, translating product vision and compliance needs into clear, actionable items in Jira;
  • Prioritize the backlog to ensure the team delivers the highest business and customer value;
  • Transform roadmap initiatives into well-defined user stories and epics focused on identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance;
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and designers to build secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions;
  • Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, fostering alignment, transparency, and smooth delivery;
  • Keep the team focused on outcomes that enhance trust, security, and client satisfaction;
  • Share feedback, recognize achievements, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-growing RegTech environment.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in an Agile/Scrum environment;
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum framework, Agile principles, and backlog management;
  • Hands-on experience with Jira (or similar Agile tools) for backlog and sprint management;
  • Ability to translate product vision into clear user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working closely with developers, QA, and designers;
  • Strong analytical and prioritization skills with a value-driven mindset;
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and technical concepts;
  • Agile certifications (e.g., CSPO), experience in fast-paced environments, and a background in SaaS, RegTech, or FinTech are considered a plus (nice to have).

Salary:

1600-2000 € neto.

The salary range can be discussed during the selection process, depending on the candidate’s experience and competencies. After the probation period, a motivation system with quarterly bonuses applies.
