Our multidisciplinary engineering team works at the intersection of firmware, software, mechanics, and electronics, closely integrated with product management, manufacturing, and supply chain functions to deliver high-performance systems for defense environments.


Your Role

As a System Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, integrating, and validating complex electro-mechanical and embedded systems used in military applications. You will work across functional domains to ensure system-level performance, reliability, and compliance with defense standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead system architecture design and requirements definition for military-grade IoT products.
  • Define and manage interface specifications between FW, SW, mechanical, and electronic subsystems.
  • Oversee system integration, end-to-end verification and validation processes.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering team (FW/SW/EE/Mechanical/QA) to ensure cross-domain coherence.
  • Work with the product department to translate operational requirements into technical specifications.
  • Support design reviews, technical documentation, risk assessments, and FMEA.
  • Serve as a technical authority throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to field deployment.
  • Participate in compliance and certification processes as applicable to military and safety-critical systems.


Required Qualifications:

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aerospace, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in system engineering of complex embedded or mechatronic systems.
  • Experience in military, defense, aerospace, or mission-critical IoT systems is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of embedded systems, communication protocols, sensors, and power systems.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering efforts.
  • Familiarity with requirements management tools.
  • Comfortable working with hardware prototypes, schematics, and integration test setups.
  • Fluent in English; strong technical writing and documentation skills.


Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience with UAVs / drones, remote detonation systems, or explosive ordnance technologies.
  • Prior work with MIL-STD, EMC/EMI compliance, or environmental testing standards.
  • Exposure to model-based systems engineering (MBSE) or SysML.
  • Knowledge of Concurrent Engineering (CE) concepts.
