We’re now looking for a hands-on Embedded Software Engineer to join our R&D team and play a key role in developing firmware for our wearable wellness devices — from early proof-of-concepts to production-ready systems. Position Overview
As an Embedded Software Engineer, you will work together with the firmware team and be responsible for designing, developing, and debugging embedded software that powers our devices. You’ll collaborate closely with electronics, mechanical, and software teams to ensure seamless integration between hardware and firmware.
Your work will directly impact the quality, performance, and reliability of Pulsetto’s next-generation products.
Your Daily Mission
- Develop and maintain firmware for Pulsetto’s wearable devices
- Work with RTOS-based systems and ensure efficient, reliable operation
- Debug and optimize firmware using tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other hardware debugging equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and test hardware components
- Review and interpret electrical circuits to support firmware development
- Work with Git version control in a professional environment
- Contribute to product improvements and innovation by bringing technical insights and proactive problem-solving
- 3+ years of embedded programming experience, including working with RTOS
- Excellent debugging skills using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and similar tools
- Professional experience with Git version control
- Basic knowledge of electronics and ability to read electrical circuits
- Degree in electronics, computer science, or a related field
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong teamwork skills and collaborative mindset
- Motivation to learn, grow, and continuously improve
- Experience with nRF devices
- Familiarity with Zephyr RTOS
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for embedded systems
- Experience writing unit tests for embedded software
- Programming experience in other languages, especially Python
- Hybrid work model – 3 days in the office (Vilnius) or fully remote if based elsewhere

🕐 Employment Type: Full-time
Gross salary - from 3500 Eur to 4500 Eur per month depending on experience
