Your mission: Within the Marketing & Communications (M&C) department, the Publications & Brand Coordinator is in charge of coordinating the production of publications and marketing materials. She/He ensures brand compliance on all branded materials, quality and on-time delivery of all printed or digital materials.
Be a part of our team where you will:
- Coordinate and supervise the production of publications and marketing materials (brochures, flyers, newsletters, infographics, ads, goodies, stand, banners, etc.), including project briefing, planning, budget, content and messaging, first level of proofreading, layout, close follow-up with in-house creative teams/external communications agencies, regular updates to internal or external stakeholders;
- Coordinate with other M&C team members to deliver qualitative M&C campaigns related to the on/off line promotion of our services and deliverables via our proprietary and non-proprietary channels;
- Ensure proper local application of PwC’s Brand Guidelines and processes;
- Liaise and negotiate production deadlines and prices with external suppliers;
- Participate in the day-to-day activities of M&C initiatives, website updates and editorial, providing support to other M&C team members;
- Support M&C Industry/Los Drivers and Industry/Los Leaders in the creation of the M&C-designed deliverables and the coordination of M&C operations needed to reach the objectives set in the M&C Industries/LoS/KFAs plans;
- Support and coordinate some key projects with the M&C management;
- Participate to Team Brainstorming, Research data/ideas;
- Provide administrative support to the Brand and Design team;
- Have a role of support for reporting activities.
- Hold a Master’s degree (Bac+5 or equivalent) in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or from a Business School;
- Possess strong technical communication and project management skills;
- Have solid knowledge of design and computer tools (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.);
- Stay up to date with new technologies;
- Communicate fluently in both English and French - any additional language is an asset;
- Are well-versed in digital platforms and tools;
- Combine strong analytical and organizational skills with curiosity, flexibility, and rigor.
