Your mission: Under the supervision of your Manager you’ll work on coordinating tasks, prioritizing deliverables, and developing timelines. You'll collaborate with M&C teams and Business teams to ensure that projects are on track and delivered on time, without compromising the quality.
Be a part of a team where you will:
- Build strong relationships with the practice you work with and develop a deep understanding of their business needs, challenges and priorities;
- Assist in the development, execution and assessment of marketing and communication strategies and plans;
- Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other materials;
- Develop and organize client events;
- Gather, research and prepare M&C materials;
- Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, briefs, presentations, etc;
- Conduct comparative research / benchmark on marketing strategies;
- Measure, analyze client metrics: satisfaction, content usage, campaign success and make recommendations;
- Hold a Master’s degree (Bac+5 or equivalent) in Marketing or Communications, Business Development, Economics, or Business Administration (Ecole de Commerce, IEP, University, or equivalent);
- Have gained your first professional experience and/or completed several internships;
- Are interested in contributing to projects within the financial services sector;
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French, with any other language considered an asset;
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint);
- Are familiar with — or eager to explore — customer relationship management tools;
- Bring solid knowledge of marketing techniques and methodologies, along with a good understanding of databases, statistical reports, and analysis;
- Combine sharp analytical and organizational skills with curiosity, flexibility, and rigor.
