We are looking for an autonomous and reliable Data Center Engineer to ensure the smooth operation and continuity of a high-risk, mission-critical environment.

You will be responsible for maintaining operational excellence within the Data Center and coordinating day-to-day activities related to infrastructure and client support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and manage the Data Center independently, ensuring full operational availability.
  • Prioritize and meet SLA commitments (24h, 48h, 96h).
  • Coordinate internal and external visitors, including hardware replacements (HP components such as disks, motherboards, storage modules, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all activities and interventions.
  • Respond quickly to client needs while maintaining strong risk awareness and control.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively across all levels — from internal teams to vendors and clients.
  • Show proactivity by seeking information, asking the right questions, and anticipating operational needs.


Profile & Requirements

  • Proven experience in high-risk environments and/or Data Center operations (risk awareness training can be provided during handover).
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure and network technologies.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while staying aligned with operational objectives.


Role Challenges

  • Occasional need to stay beyond 7 PM, while keeping standard 8-hour workdays.
  • Limited visibility on certain Data Center activities.
  • Requirement for regular documentation and reporting to ensure traceability and compliance.
