As a PMI Project Manager, you will be responsible for successfully leading integration projects in Luxembourg. You will follow established PMI methodologies and ensure that all phases of the integration process are executed efficiently and on schedule.
Function
- Collaborate closely with the acquisition team through the Integration Manager to ensure smooth post-acquisition transitions.
- Maintain direct contact with the Country Director of Luxembourg to align local needs with strategic objectives.
- Apply and ensure compliance with standardized PMI procedures throughout all project phases.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings in French.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure that deadlines and milestones are met.
- Report on progress, risks, and outcomes to the central PMI governance and local leadership.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, preferably in a PMI context.
- Available per direct is a plus
- Strong communication skills in both English and French.
- Skilled in facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders.
- Familiarity with PMI methodologies and tools.
- Proactive, structured, and results-oriented.
- Stress resistant: you keep a cool head when things don't go as planned and you can handle strict deadlines well.
Hybrid Work Environment: While we offer flexibility through hybrid working, regular presence at our Luxembourg office (Belvaux) is essential. Therefore, proximity to the Luxembourg office is a strong requirement.
