In order to support the growth of our IT teams, we are currently looking for a motivated:
What will you do?
As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering digital solutions (mainly software) within the company. You will work closely with the IT staff, sponsors, end-users and other stakeholders to ensure that the project objectives, scope, budget, and timeline are met. You will also manage the project risks, issues, and changes, and communicate the project status and progress to the relevant parties.
- Ensure successful implementation of projects within project scope, budget and timeline.
- Coordinate and oversee the project activities, tasks, and milestones.
- Manage the project team, internal and external stakeholders and ensure that they perform their roles and responsibilities effectively.
- Monitor and control the project quality, performance, and deliverables, and ensure that they meet the project standards and expectations.
- Identify and manage the project risks, issues, and changes, and implement appropriate mitigation.
- Lead groups of business and IT stakeholders to agree on functional and or technical requirements.
- Communicate the project status, progress, and issues to the relevant governance bodies.
- Ensure that the project documentation, records, and reports are complete, accurate, and up to date in our Project Management tools.
- Conduct the project closure, evaluation, and lessons learned activities.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within an IT department.
- You have a professional certification in project management, such as PMP, PRINCE2 will be considered as an advantage.
- You have a good knowledge and skills in IT project management methodologies, tools, and IT best practices (ITIL)
- You have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and ability to work with different levels of stakeholders.
- You have a strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and ability to handle complex and ambiguous situations.
- You have a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- You have a proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Project management software.
- You are fluent in French and English.
