As a Staff Product Manager for Connectivity, you'll play a key role in defining and executing the strategy for global product integrations that enable seamless data exchange between systems. Accountabilities:

  • Analyze customer and business challenges to identify key pain points and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align diverse product needs across different business lines
  • Develop a clear vision, product strategy, and execution roadmap for your connectivity domain
  • Work closely with engineers and designers to translate ideas into high-quality, user-focused products
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation, design, and feedback through testing and post-release optimization
  • Balance long-term product innovation with high-priority operational needs in a dynamic, remote-first environment
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of scalable, reliable, and high-performing integration solutions


Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment
  • At least 4 years of experience in SaaS product development
  • Proven expertise in product strategy, user experience, and cross-functional leadership
  • Strong understanding of both UX and UI principles, with the ability to collaborate effectively with design teams
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Independent, autonomous, and comfortable driving initiatives in a fast-paced, distributed environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Located within the EMEA region
