Accountabilities:
- Analyze customer and business challenges to identify key pain points and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align diverse product needs across different business lines
- Develop a clear vision, product strategy, and execution roadmap for your connectivity domain
- Work closely with engineers and designers to translate ideas into high-quality, user-focused products
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation, design, and feedback through testing and post-release optimization
- Balance long-term product innovation with high-priority operational needs in a dynamic, remote-first environment
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of scalable, reliable, and high-performing integration solutions
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment
- At least 4 years of experience in SaaS product development
- Proven expertise in product strategy, user experience, and cross-functional leadership
- Strong understanding of both UX and UI principles, with the ability to collaborate effectively with design teams
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Independent, autonomous, and comfortable driving initiatives in a fast-paced, distributed environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Located within the EMEA region
