We’re seeking a Senior Data Scientist with strong analytical and technical expertise who’s passionate about tackling complex financial crime challenges — and turning data into action.

Be on the front line of fighting financial crime.

You’ll design, test, and optimize analytics models that identify suspicious patterns and help ensure investigators focus on the alerts that truly matter.

• Develop and enhance rule-based Transaction Monitoring (TM) models to uncover illegal activities.
• Identify and integrate new data sources into analytical models.
• Collaborate with IT, Architecture, and Business teams to bring models from prototype to production.
• Mentor medior and junior data scientists on best practices.
• Contribute to the long-term transition toward Machine Learning–driven monitoring.

• MSc or PhD in Data Science, Econometrics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in advanced analytics / modeling / AI with large datasets.
• Strong skills in Python, PySpark, Spark (Azure Databricks = big plus).
• Proven track record deploying models into production.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work cross-functionally.
