Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Network/Desktop Support Engineer, located in Woerden. The Network/Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as providing technical support for desktop computers and printers, troubleshooting hardware issues, and maintaining computer hardware. The engineer will work closely with team members to ensure optimal IT performance and efficient resolution of technical problems.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware
• Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
• Printer Support skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Woerden
• A degree in Information Technology or a related field is a plus
• Certification in relevant IT support courses is advantageous
• Minimum of B2 or Native in Dutch
