Do you want to use your data skills to create real social impact? As a Senior Data Scientist you’ll help fight financial crime by detecting suspicious behavior through advanced analytics and smart data models. Your work contributes directly to making the world a safer place.
Working in a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, engineers, and domain experts, you’ll enhance current rule based transaction monitoring systems and explore advanced analytics and machine learning solutions for the future.
What will you be doing?
- Develop, test, and optimize analytical rules and models that identify suspicious transaction patterns.
- Explore and integrate new data sources to improve model performance.
- Translate complex data insights into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
- Contribute to longterm strategies and innovation in the analytics landscape.
- Mentor and support medior and junior team members to ensure best practices

What we ask:
- An academic degree (MSc or PhD) in Data Science, Econometrics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, modeling, or AI (ideally with large datasets).
- Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and Spark (experience with Azure Databricks is a plus).
- Proven experience in bringing analytical models into production.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
