Generative AI Engineer (3D Scene Synthesis & Infrastructure)**

Our client is at the forefront of innovation in AI, VR/AR, and 3D scene synthesis, developing cutting-edge solutions for immersive environments. In this role, you will work on advanced AI systems that drive next-gen applications for Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) technologies.
We are looking for a talented and motivated Generative AI Engineer to join our clients team. This role focuses on building and maintaining the core infrastructure that powers AI systems for 3D scene synthesis. You will be working on large-scale machine learning systems, contributing to innovative product development, and collaborating on groundbreaking scientific publications.
THE ROLE
As a Generative AI Engineer, you will play a key role in building and optimizing the large-scale systems that support the training and deployment of AI models for 3D scene synthesis. You’ll collaborate closely with researchers and engineers to turn cutting-edge AI research into practical, scalable solutions for real-world applications in virtual and augmented reality.
Design and Scale AI Infrastructure: Architect and maintain the backbone systems that enable efficient data processing, model training, and inference at scale.
Optimize Machine Learning Systems: Improve the performance of distributed ML systems to ensure they run efficiently and reliably across large datasets.
Collaborate with AI Research Teams:Work with researchers and developers to build and optimize tools that power groundbreaking applications in the VR/AR space.
Develop Cutting-Edge AI Solutions: Apply your knowledge of AI and ML to solve complex problems, contributing to innovative product development and scientific research.
-Contribute to Scientific Discovery: Collaborate on research publications that push the limits of what’s achievable in AI and immersive technologies.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Solid foundation in AI/ML infrastructure and a passion for developing scalable solutions that can handle real-world demands.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 2+ years of hands-on experience building and managing infrastructure for large-scale model training and inference.
- Expertise in areas such as distributed model training, data scaling model optimization, or low-level machine learning kernel development
- Strong background in performance engineering and experience with optimizing large-scale systems.
- AI/ML expertise using frameworks like TensorFlow PyTorch or similar.
- Database management and optimization experience to handle complex datasets.
- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience deploying or training large AI models at tech companies or startups.
- Knowledge of generative models (e.g., GANs, diffusion models) and 3D representations (e.g., NeRFs, 3D Gaussian Splatting).
- Demonstrated software engineering experience, whether through internships, coding challenges, or open-source contributions on platforms like GitHub.
