Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and highly organised Project Manager to lead and deliver complex Web3 software projects with the use of AI. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in agile delivery, outstanding stakeholder management capabilities, and a strong understanding of decentralized technologies. You'll work closely with clients and cross-functional teams, managing the entire project lifecycle from discovery through to deployment, while harnessing AI tools for enhanced project efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the planning and implementation of agile software development projects across multiple domains
• Define and manage project scope, backlog, goals, and timelines; conduct sprint planning and retrospectives
• Create delivery plans, manage Kanban boards, daily stand-ups, and team progress tracking
• Coordinate both onshore and offshore development teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and communication
• Apply AI tools to assist with documentation creation, automated testing, and knowledge management
• Use data-driven methods to define and track project metrics, performance, and milestones
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget while meeting high-quality standards
• Engage directly with clients ranging from startups to global enterprises to manage expectations and gather requirements
• Conduct project evaluations, mitigate risks, and provide detailed reporting to senior management and stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement by evolving project management practices and contributing to delivery framework enhancement
  
  

Requirements

Must

• English proficiency
• 3 + years' experience managing agile software projects, with successful delivery of production systems history in dynamic environments
• Experience managing and delivering software development projects in a consulting environment
• Experience working in startup or innovation-focused environments and/or enterprise clients
• Strong budget management skills
• Proven Agile/Scrum practitioner with hands-on experience facilitating sprints
• Strong internal & External stakeholder and client relationship management skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Proficient with JIRA, GitHub, or similar project management and collaboration tools
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle, with the ability to understand and manage technical requirements
• Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, Bolt, Cursor test automation, prompt engineering) in enhancing documentation, planning, QA or productivity
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with solid problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects under pressure
• The ability to understand technically complex projects/products in depth and relay/explain that knowledge
• Understanding of business and functional requirements, running client workshops
• Ensuring delivery of high quality projects
• Experience line managing medium teams and providing constructive feedback
  
  

Nice to Have

• Hands-on development experience or background in a technical role (especially in JS frameworks, Node.js, React.js or smart contract development)
• Practical experience working with Web3 technologies or strong interest in blockchain
• Experience interacting with Postman, Swagger, etc.
• Experience creating functional flow diagrams with tools like Lucid, Miro, etc
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related field
• Familiarity with tools and methods in BDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, and Automated Testing
• Experience or interest in applying AI in Web3 or fintech environments
• Experience upselling more work to existing clients
