Senior Product Designer (Remote - Europe)

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll shape digital experiences that combine human-centered design with the power of AI. You'll own the end-to-end design process — from ideation and discovery to high-fidelity execution — ensuring that every product experience is intuitive, elegant, and impactful. Working closely with product managers, engineers, and AI experts, you'll transform complex problems into simple, meaningful solutions. Accountabilities

• Lead the full design lifecycle across web and mobile products — from research and ideation to polished final designs
• Use AI-powered design tools to streamline workflows, enhance creativity, and ensure design consistency
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and design critiques to align teams and stakeholders
• Create high-quality prototypes, design systems, and interaction patterns that deliver seamless user experiences
• Communicate design rationale and decisions clearly to stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding and alignment
• Navigate ambiguity confidently and help guide product direction with strategic and visual clarity

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Designer or in a similar UX/UI role
• A portfolio demonstrating design craft, systems thinking, and end-to-end product impact
• Proven experience working in cross-functional teams within dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate design choices effectively
• Passion for AI-driven design and curiosity about how emerging technologies enhance creativity and user experience
• (Nice to have) Experience designing AI-powered interfaces or integrating AI features into digital products
