Tasks

The Role


We are seeking an HR Generalist focused on HR operations, administration, and payroll to join our growing Human Resources team. This new role will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth delivery of HR services, maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating payroll, and supporting the day-to-day HR operations across the organization.


This is a hands-on role ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering efficient HR support and compliance.


Key responsibilities


HR Administration & Operations



  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and HRIS systems.

  • Manage employment documentation, including contracts, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

  • Manage benefits administration and handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

  • Monitor employee lifecycle changes (promotions, transfers, terminations, etc.).


Payroll & Compliance



  • Prepare and process payroll in collaboration with Finance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Reconcile payroll reports, deductions, and benefits contributions.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.

  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all payroll and employee data.


Requirements

Your Profile



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of HR administrative or generalist experience, preferably including payroll.

  • Strong knowledge of labor law, payroll processes, and HR systems.

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

  • Advance proficiency with HRIS, preference uMan software, and MS Office tools.
