About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Customer Technical Project Manager (CTPM) to lead complex, end-to-end technical projects within the telecommunications IP and Core Network domain. This is a key role for ensuring seamless solution delivery, technical integration, and customer satisfaction, managing cross-functional teams and coordinating technical design, verification, and validation phases.

The ideal professional has deep expertise in Core Network Architecture, strong leadership abilities, and experience with cloud-based deployments and virtualization technologies.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale and complex telecom solution delivery projects, where Nokia acts as the end-to-end owner or in collaboration with third-party vendors.
• Lead and coordinate the Analysis & Design and Integration, Verification & Validation teams.
• Participate in pre-sales activities during the project initiation phase, supporting scoping, estimation, and risk management.
• Design and implement Core Network Elements, including:
• HLR, HSS, AUSF-UDM, SDL, One-NDS, MNP, and EIR.
• Oversee Subscriber Database Migration for HLR, HSS, SDL, EIR, and MNP systems.
• Support virtualized network deployments across VMWare, OpenStack, OpenShift, AWS, and containerized environments (Kubernetes/Docker).
• Drive automation initiatives for improved operational efficiency.
• Maintain alignment with business objectives, ensuring quality delivery within time and budget constraints.
  
  

Required Qualifications

🎓 Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.
  
  

💼 Experience

• 7+ years of experience in the IP Domain or Telecom Core Networks.
• Proven expertise with 2G/3G/4G/5G technologies and call flow architecture.
• Experience in cloud computing, virtualization, and VNF deployments (Kubernetes/Docker).
• Strong knowledge of IP Networking Protocols (OSPF, MPLS, BGP) and network security principles.
• Solid understanding of Core Network Elements integration and subscriber data management.
