We're looking for a Senior BI Data Scientist ready to take on new challenges with our Closer team! 🚀

🌍 Hybrid work model: 2 days per week onsite in Lisbon.

🔍 What you’ll do:

• Develop and implement high-complexity analytical models, including combinatorial models and deep learning on structured and unstructured data;
• Build AI-driven analytical solutions, integrating GenAI capabilities such as text generation, summarization, contextual classification, image creation, autonomous agents, or intelligent copilots;
• Design robust pipelines including preprocessing, fine-tuning of base models (e.g. LLaMA, Mistral, T5), evaluation using specific metrics (BLEU, ROUGE, perplexity), and controlled deployment (e.g., via API);
• Collaborate with business and engineering teams to translate real-world challenges into data-driven solutions;
• Develop interactive data visualizations to communicate complex insights in a clear and engaging way.

💡 What we value:

• Strong experience in developing analytical solutions involving AI – highly valued;
• Proven experience in building interactive data visualization solutions – valued;
• Proficiency in Python or R and advanced analytics libraries (TensorFlow, Keras, Caffe, PyTorch);
• Experience with cloud PaaS services (preferably Azure);
• Curiosity, technical rigor, and creativity to design cutting-edge AI solutions.
