OverviewGuild Living is revolutionizing the wellbeing landscape by integrating cutting-edge technology to enhance the quality of life for older adults. We are seeking a skilled Tech Project Manager to coordinate, oversee, and drive the successful development and market launch of our innovative Wellbeing Technology Platform. This role is critical in ensuring the project’s timely delivery, alignment with strategic goals, and seamless collaboration among cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management & Coordination:
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to launch, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, including milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams (development, UX/UI, marketing) and external vendors/partners to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
- Translate business objectives into technical requirements and ensure consistent communication across teams.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and key decisions.
- Technical Oversight:
- Oversee the technical development process, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and functional requirements.
- Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making to address technical challenges promptly.
- Collaborate with IT and product teams to ensure scalability, security, and compliance of the platform.
- Market Readiness & Launch:
- Coordinate go-to-market strategies, working closely with marketing, sales, and support teams.
- Ensure the platform is user-friendly, accessible, and optimized for the target demographic.
- Manage post-launch evaluations, feedback collection, and subsequent iterations for improvement.
- Team Leadership:
- Guide and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Implement Agile methodologies to ensure flexibility and adaptability in the development process.
- Conduct retrospectives to continuously improve team efficiency and project outcomes.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in project management within the technology sector.
- Proven track record of delivering digital platforms or products to market.
- Experience with wellbeing, healthcare, or aging-related technologies is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with modern development tools, methodologies (Agile/Scrum), and project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Basic understanding of software architecture, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
