Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our daily operations. You will be working 1-1 daily with our Managing Partner to build out our internal infrastructure further! In other words, you will contribute to building out both the future of the company and your career direction with STORM Partners —all while playing a significant role in leading Web3 organisations.

• Manage the internal activities of our departments.
• Develop new SOPs, systems, and processes.
• Enable better professional development and optimise efficiency.
• Support the hiring, selection, and retention process.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and client experiences.
• Manage cross-departmental initiatives.

⚡️ Requirements

• Prior experience in a Blockchain/Web3 environment
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role in PM/Operations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset that is solutions-oriented.
• Advanced English, and other languages are a plus.
• Experience managing teams, creative talent, and projects to completion.
