Partner Trust Services & Accounting (part-time or fulltime)

We are partnering with a fast-growing international firm operating at the intersection of finance, digital assets and advisory services.

To strengthen its leadership in the area of accounting and fiduciary services with a focus on blockchain and digital assets, we are looking for a Partner Accounting & Trust Services (Crypto Focus) with strong expertise in corporate accounting, tax matters and an entrepreneurial mindset.

The selected professional will play a key role in structuring and expanding a service line dedicated to clients operating with digital assets, working closely with senior management and contributing to the company’s strategic development.

This is a compelling opportunity for individuals who want to build rather than simply manage, combining traditional fiduciary skills with innovative financial technologies.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the accounting and fiduciary division with a focus on digital assets
• Manage mandates and client relationships, including the expansion of the customer portfolio and the creation of a dedicated team
• Evolve IT systems and implement solutions for crypto accounting and taxation (wallet mapping, token classification, etc.)
• Design new processes and structures to optimize workflows
• Collaborate closely with the executive team and contribute directly to the organisation's growth and evolution

Required Skills & Experience

• In-depth knowledge of accounting, fiduciary services and corporate tax regulations
• Understanding of the economic and fiscal dynamics of digital assets, or strong motivation to develop such expertise
• Familiarity with wallet structures, on-chain transactions, staking, DeFi and related areas, or willingness to grow in this field
• Proven experience in managing international mandates
• Entrepreneurial approach, sense of ownership and strategic vision
• Ideally, an existing client base and a well-established professional network in the SME environment
• Native German and fluent in English
